  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling are not eligible for return

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  4. Ship the product back using the method we provide
  5. Once the item is inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a replacement item, please return the original product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, if eligible
