All new products purchased from SK Global Printers are covered by a 6-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to defects that arise under normal use.

Covered issues include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Functional failures not caused by misuse or external damage

2. What This Warranty Covers

The warranty applies to verified issues such as:

  • Mechanical or internal component defects
  • Units that are non-functional upon delivery
  • Internal hardware failures unrelated to user damage

If a defect is confirmed, SK Global Printers may, at its discretion, provide:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement with the same or equivalent model
  • Store credit (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental, impact, or physical damage
  • Damage caused by water, fire, or power surges
  • Improper use, neglect, or incorrect handling
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Consumable items such as ink, toner, cartridges, or paper
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software or configuration issues caused by the user
  • Damage resulting from installation by a third party

4. Submitting a Warranty Claim

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 2–4 business days.


5. Warranty Resolution

After review and verification:

  • We may request the product be returned for inspection
  • Return and shipping instructions will be provided if required
  • Repair or replacement decisions are made after inspection
  • Replacement availability depends on current stock

6. Limitation of Liability

SK Global Printers is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our products.
